Abstract: | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming educational management by enhancing efficiency in administrative processes, human resource planning, learning assessment, and data-driven decision-making. In the digital era, AI enables schools to automate repetitive tasks such as attendance recording, automated grading, document management, and resource allocation, thereby reducing errors and increasing operational flexibility. AI also supports personalized learning by analyzing individual student data and tailoring educational experiences to meet diverse learner needs, which helps reduce educational inequality and improves access to quality education. Furthermore, AI facilitates real-time monitoring of student progress and teacher performance through advanced learning management systems, enabling timely interventions and continuous improvement in educational quality. Despite these benefits, the adoption of AI in educational management presents challenges related to ethics, data privacy, and the digital readiness of staff. It is essential to establish clear policies on data protection, promote ethical standards, and provide ongoing professional development to ensure responsible and effective use of AI. Case studies from Thailand and abroad demonstrate that AI can significantly reduce administrative burdens, support personalized learning, and enhance overall school management efficiency. Successful implementation requires the active involvement of all stakeholders—teachers, administrators, students, parents, and the community—in decision-making and policy development. In conclusion, integrating AI with sustainable management principles is crucial for building modern, efficient, and responsive educational institutions that can adapt to the ever-changing demands of the digital age, provided that challenges related to infrastructure, digital literacy, ethics, and data security are systematically addressed. |
