Abstract: | The purposes of this article were to presents the concept of knowledge management for developing a learning organization. Which can be divided into 2 main groups: 1) Explicit Knowledge 2) Tacit Knowledge. To manage knowledge management. We must define goal setting management by objective and establishing organization direction. Knowledge management is an important for developing learning organization. To provide individuals with access to knowledge and able to develop organization to make it achieve sustainable success, otherwise knowledge management are important for develop learning organization Knowledge management for success: personnel in organization have to developing knowledge management systems by searching for new knowledge, creating new knowledge, storing and retrieving knowledgevarious forms of knowledge sharing, It is very important to make the organization for develop learning organization with potential and success. |
