dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this article were to presents the concept of knowledge management for developing a learning organization. Which can be divided into 2 main groups: 1) Explicit Knowledge 2) Tacit Knowledge. To manage knowledge management. We must define goal setting management by objective and establishing organization direction. Knowledge management is an important for developing learning organization.
