Abstract: This research aimed to 1) compare the integrated science process skills of fifth-grade students before and after learning through inquiry-based learning combined with challenge-based learning, and 2) study the effectiveness of inquiry-based learning combined with challenge-based learning instructional method on the integrated science process skills of fifth-grade students according to the 80/80 criterion. The target group in this research consisted of 12 fifth-grade students from Wat Wang Takoo School (Seri Ruangrit Uppatham), Nakhon Pathom Province, during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included four inquiry-based learning combined with challenge-based learning plans, totaling 15 hours, with expert evaluation scores ranging from 4.47-4.75. An integrated science process skills assessment tool had content validity ranging from 0.67-1.00 and a reliability is 0.87. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and efficiency values (E1/E2). The research results showed that: 1) Students' advanced science process skills had an average pre-test score of 25.83 and an average post-test score of 52.25, indicating that the post-test score was higher than the pre-test score, with an average increase of 26.42 points. 2) The inquiry-based learning model combined with challenge-based learning had an efficiency (E1/E2) of 91.20/96.76, which is higher than the 80% criterion. The results reflect that the inquiry-based learning model combined with challenge-based learning can effectively develop students' advanced science process skills.
