Abstract: This research is a semi-experimental research. Single-group measurement before and after the experiment. The main objective was to study the effectiveness of the 2-step self-examination breast examination knowledge enhancement program in first-year students majoring in logistics management. Surat Thani Rajabhat University. The sample used in the research consists of 30 female students from the Faculty of Management Sciences. Logistics Management Program Year 1. The tools used in the research study were a 2-step self - examination breast exam knowledge enhancement program and a knowledge questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.79. The Paired t-test was used to determine the statistical significance at the level of 0.05. The research findings reveal that after participating in the 2-step self-breast examination knowledge enhancement program, the experimental group had an average knowledge score significantly higher post-experiment than before the experiment (P-Value <0.001), with averages of 23.6 and 13.9 respectively, showing statistical significance at the 0.05 level. When examining the knowledge level of the students before the experiment, it was found that the majority were at a low level, at 80.0%. After participating in the program, it was found that the knowledge level of most students shifted to high and moderate levels, at 60.0% and 33.3% respectively. Therefore, it can be seen that the 2-step self-breast examination program is effective in increasing knowledge about breast cancer and self-breast examination. There is a tendency for the experimental group to apply their knowledge about breast cancer and self-breast examination more in their daily lives, which is an important factor in preventing and early detecting the disease.
