Development of the Electronic Document System Usage Model of the Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) develop an electronic document system for the Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, and 2) assess user satisfaction with the developed system. The sample group consisted of 132 individuals, including executives, faculty members, and staff from all four campuses of the Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology who are currently employed. The statistical methods used in the study included frequency, percentage, and mean. The results revealed that the electronic document system was developed based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and grounded in relevant theories, concepts, and previous research. The assessment of user satisfaction indicated an overall satisfaction level of "very high" (mean = 4.34). Specifically, the design aspect received a mean score of 4.37, service usage 4.38, and practical implementation 4.41. These findings demonstrate that the developed system effectively meets users' needs.
