Abstract: In the digital era, where information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly advancing, educational administration has been significantly affected. The integration of digital technology into school management—such as database management systems, big data analytics, and cloud computing—has enhanced the efficiency of teaching and learning management, human resource administration, and communication with stakeholders. Educational administration must adapt to these changes to meet the needs of learners in a rapidly changing world and to produce high-quality graduates. These developments not only improve internal management within schools but also create greater access to information and resources for teachers, students, and parents. Educational reform and the administration of educational institutions are therefore essential to building competitiveness at both local and national levels. The development of infrastructure and the application of information technology are key drivers for advancing Thai education toward a modern and sustainable future, in line with fast-paced social and technological changes. School administrators play a crucial role in driving and leading the organization forward. Their primary goal is to enhance the quality of education and to develop learners' potential to be competitive in the modern world. This includes the administrators' role in integrating technology into school management, teaching and learning processes, and communication. Moreover, emphasis is placed on the essential skills administrators need to drive change, such as technological proficiency, data analysis, and leadership skills. Improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, fostering educational innovation, raising educational quality, developing learners' potential, and creating a learning-conducive environment in the digital age are all vital. This includes rapid and accurate data access, enhanced work efficiency, innovative educational solutions, and learner development. Managing educational institutions in the digital age presents challenges, but it also offers valuable opportunities to develop the country's education system. Administrators must be ready to adapt and embrace new knowledge in order to lead their institutions forward and effectively meet the demands of society.
