Abstract: This research aimed 1) to develop a video clip that presents information about a semi-instant toddy palm cake flour product and 2) to study consumer satisfaction with the video. The population consisted of 16,197 individuals, and a sample of 385 was selected through purposive sampling, targeting only those who consume toddy palm cake. The research process involved designing and producing a video clip that provided information on the product’s ingredients, preparation methods, unique selling points, and notable advantages. The presentation techniques included demonstrations, motion graphics, and marketing-based storytelling to attract the target audience. Data on consumer satisfaction were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that consumers had a high level of satisfaction with the video (average score = 4.25), particularly in terms of content clarity, visual and auditory appeal, and the video’s ability to motivate product trial. The outcomes of this study suggest that video media can be effectively utilized as a marketing tool for semi-instant food products. Furthermore, the insights gained can inform the development of future multimedia content aimed at enhancing product communication and engagement through digital platforms.
