Abstract: This research aims to: 1. Study the roles and responsibilities of personnel at Perspective 9 Company in the Etong Run activity. 2. Study the work process of Perspective 9 Company Limited in the Etong Run activity. This was done using qualitative research methods, data collection tools from documentary research, and in-depth interviews. Key informants were purposively selected. The population for this study was the team of Perspective 9 Company Limited, and a sample group of 2 experts related to positions in the Etong Run activity was selected: 1. Company owner/producer. 2. Coordinator and Etong Run page designer for Perspective 9 Company Limited. The researcher conducted research and collected data using interview tools with the company owner/producer, and the coordinator and Etong Run page designer. The results showed that the role and responsibility of the producer/company owner is to plan and arrange filming details, from location, image size, lens type, to specific details for event strategy and goal setting. The producer/company owner also plays a crucial part in ensuring the event is complete and reducing errors in event organization. For the coordination and design department, their role is to promote activities on social media, such as posts and various channels, or provide information to those interested in participating in the activity or invitation videos for interested participants, including details about products and facilities at the event. The work process of Perspective 9 Company Limited in the Etong Run activity was found to have 3 steps: Pre-Production. The company owner must meet and discuss with various agencies for event organization and plan with the event supervisor. The activity promoter then posts promotional media to attract people to join the event, and then proceeds. The next step is Production. The company owner will lead the team to film to promote the event and tourist attractions for the promoter to post and disseminate to the target group or those interested in registering for the activity. Additionally, the company owner will coordinate with the live broadcast team to broadcast the atmosphere within the event where participants are doing activities, and have the promoter post it on the Etong Run page. The supervisor will coordinate with staff and facilitate participants. The final step (Post-Production) involves processing still images of the atmosphere within the activity to post on the Etong Run page for the target group or other interested parties to follow after the activity ends, and to generate buzz for the next event.
