Abstract: This research aims to study 1.The video production process of the Suphanburi Provincial Public Relations Office 2. The video production strategies that influence public participation in Suphanburi Province 3. Guidelines for developing video production strategies to promote public participation in Suphanburi Province. The population consists of residents in Suphanburi Province, with a sample group of 100 people. The research tool used is a questionnaire. The data collection period lasted 4 months. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using frequency distribution statistics, and the data was analyzed to calculate the mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) The video media production process of the Public Relations Office of Suphan Buri Province has complete planning and important steps, including video clip editing, infographic media production, interesting content presentation, photography, posting news content within the province, sharing media production duties, and using appropriate communication channels. 2) The video media production strategies that affect public participation in Suphan Buri Province include strategies for using methods to encourage public participation in watching video media, including posting related content on social media, organizing activities related to media production, and giving people the opportunity to express their opinions or join activities. The strategies for video media content produced by the Public Relations Office of Suphan Buri Province are interesting. The strategies for choosing video media distribution channels of the Public Relations Office of Suphan Buri Province. 3) Guidelines for developing video media production strategies to create public participation in Suphan Buri Province include: giving people the opportunity to participate, producing media that is easily accessible, producing media that is interesting, using modern technology. In terms of important elements for increasing public participation in video media, content related to people's daily lives, using technology to distribute media, using channels that are easily accessible to the public, creating tangible activities or participation.
