Abstract: The objectives of this research was to study the influence of human resource management and organizational commitment on employee performance in a food production and processing company in Samut Sakhon. This research was a quantitative research using questionnaires to collect data. The sample was 178 employees in a food production and processing company in Samut Sakhon by using convenience random sampling. The reliability value ranged from 0.86 to 0.93. The data was analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed as follows: 1) Human resource management was at the high level (Mean=4.14, S.D.=0.58). Organizational commitment was at the high level (Mean=4.00, S.D.=0.93). Employee performance was at the highest level (Mean=4.00, S.D.=0.93). 2) Human resource management and organizational commitment influenced on employee performance in a food production and processing company in Samut Sakhon with statistical significance level of .01. Human resource management and organizational commitment predicted 54.8 percent of employee performance. The equation can be written as follows Employee performance = 1.575+0.405(Human resource management)+ 0.244(Organizational commitment)
