Development of Motion Graphic Media Integrated with Nano-learning for the Use of Digital Technology Services by the Digital Technology and Information Technology Division for Graduate Students at National Institute of Development Administration

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) develop a motion graphic media integrated with nano-learning for the use of digital technology services, and 2) study the perception and satisfaction of graduate students towards the use of such media. The population consisted of 1,397 graduate students of the National Institute of Development Administration, academic year 1/2024, using a purposive sample of 350 people. The tools used were 1) motion graphics media integrated with nano-learning, and 2) perception assessment form and satisfaction assessment form. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) the developed media was evaluated as having very good quality (x ̅ = 4.80, S.D. = 0.41), 2) the perception of the media users was at a very good level (x ̅ = 4.66, .SD. = 0.47), and the students' satisfaction was at the highest level (x ̅ = 4.88, .SD. = 0.35).
