Leave application : Fruity Dry Company Limited Nong Tak Ya Subdistrict, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract

To develop a leave application mobile application for Fruity Dry Co. , Ltd. , located in Nong Tak Ya Subdistrict, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. The target users were 30 employees of Fruity Dry Co. , Ltd. , selected using a convenience sampling method due to work time constraints. A self-developed questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The questionnaire consisted of two main parts: 1) Respondent information 2) Evaluation of satisfaction with the use of Fruity Dry Co. , Ltd. 's online leave application Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. A leave application mobile application was developed, upgrading the leave application process from paper-based to app-based for employees. The results of the satisfaction survey of the target group showed that overall satisfaction with the use of the application was at the highest level (𝑥̅= 4.50, S.D. = 0.34). When considered individually, each aspect was also at the highest level.
