Abstract: The purposes of the research were 1) to develop Online Learning on Computing Science (Information Technology) Course of Mathayomsuksa 3 with Think-Pair-Share Learning, 2) to find the efficiency of the developed online learning, 3) to compare the learning achievement of learners before and after learning with the developed online learning with and 4) to finding the learners’ satisfaction toward the developed online learning. The target group used in this research was 36 mathayomsuksa 3 students, which selected by simple random classroom sampling. The research tools used in this research were: 1) the developed online learning, 2) the content and technical evaluation effectiveness form, 3) the learning achievements evaluation tests and 4) the satisfaction evaluation form. The statistics used in this research were: 1) percentage, 2) mean, 3) standard deviation, 4) E1/E2 efficiency and 5) t-test. The result findings showed that: 1) the total effectiveness of developed online learning was at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.67, S.D. = 0.47), which content effectiveness was at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.58, S.D. = 0.50) and technical effectiveness was at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.76, S.D. = 0.44), 2) the efficiency of the developed online learning was 86.20/83.15, which higher than the setting criteria of 80/80, 3) the students’ learning achievements after learning with the developed online learning was higher than before learning at the statistically significant value of .05 and 4) the satisfaction of students toward the developed online learning was at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.90, S.D. = 0.30)
