Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the organization of learning activities in community enterprises, using Sila Homestay in Khon Kaen Province as a case study. The aim is to analyze the ways in which the learning activities of Sila Homestay Community Enterprise can be improved by applying Lean Concepts (ECRS). This research is quality research and applies an action research approach, Data collection using participant observation to collect data on the learning activities organized by the community enterprise. These activities are designed to provide services to interested parties and tourists in the form of a one-day learning experience. The analysis will be based on the value of the activities, measured against Lean concepts, and improvements will be presented using ECRS principles. The results of the study revealed that the three learning activities had 5 Value Added Activity (VA), 8 Necessary Non-Value-Added Activity (NNVA), and 2 Non-Value-Added Activity (NVA), the study presented guidelines to improve to reduce waste both from waiting as a result, the participants will waste quite a lot of time and the schedule of activities is limited. By using Eliminate steps, combination steps, rearrange steps and presenting activities that make it simplify, convenient, and timesaving for community enterprises to apply in the future.
