Abstract

This article is to study on Promoting the quality of the elderly with communication by Line Official with traveling around Rattanakosin Island in Bangkok. The objective of this study was to study the Line Official communication channels that affect the perceptions. To develop communication media that promote the quality of life of the elderly. to assess the satisfaction of media promoting the quality of life of the elderly, The collection of qualitative research study data the study of the population is elderly people 60 years and over in Dusit district area were selected for research. Key informants were used in the study, consisting of 5 groups of elders in the Suan Aoy community and 3 professors at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University indifferent fields of study, who were related to the study. According to research, most of the elderly are not good at using online communication channels.
