Abstract: Nowadays, most people are worried about the global environmental crisis. The environmental problems arising in sporting events are recognized as one of the causes of environmental impact. It is believed that preparing a venue before sporting events and after competitions leaves a lot of rubbish until local sporting events to national sports events are held. Therefore, we should raise awareness of the importance of environmental issues with people directly involved in sports. The researcher aimed to study the relationship of raising awareness attitudes and behaviors of the new generation. We focus on 3 main points; 1) Awareness is correlated with attitudes regarding the support of environmentally friendly sporting events. 2) Awareness is related to the behavior of promoting environmentally friendly sports activities. 3) Attitudes were related to the supportive behavior of environmentally friendly sports activities. The study was quantitative research with the method of using questionnaires, the samples were students of the Thailand National Sports University in the period of October - November 2020, both male and female. Using independent variables is awareness and attitude of the dependent variables were behaviors that support the sport event of environmentally friendly sports activities. The study found the following results: Most students recognize the importance of environmental issues. There was a high level of awareness of attitudes and behaviors in support of environmentally friendly sports activities and There are related in every hypothesis. It was also found that students had the attitude that regular sports activities could be one of the causes of environmental problems. They want to help reduce environmental problems by organizing sport activities that are environmentally friendly. Attitudes and behaviors, for example, students in the north are more aware of the environment than the other 3 regions because they are in areas that are frequently prone to haze problems, who have previously experienced environmental impacts.
