Abstract: The purpose of this research was to 1) develop an application to collect COVID-19 vaccine data; 2) Study satisfaction, to develop an application to collect COVID-19 vaccine data. The population used to evaluate the application usage were employees of Pioneer Motor Public Company Limited in the area of 78 Village No. 3, Don Faek Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District. Nakhon Pathom Province, 60 cases From the results of the analysis of the research tools, including the study of data and mechanisms of action for each type of COVID-19 vaccine, the efficacy of each type of COVID-19 vaccine, pre- and post-vaccination self-care procedures for COVID-19, including interviews. Persons involved in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine to use the information for research purposes. and create an evaluation form to assess the quality of the COVID-19 vaccine data collection application, assess satisfaction with use The application collects COVID-19 vaccine data and reviewed by 3 experts. The statistics used to analyze the data are percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the overall quality assessment of the COVID-19 vaccine data collection application for experts was of good quality. Very high (X=4.67, SD = 0.57) and the overall satisfaction assessment was of high quality (X=3.96, SD=0.82). It is helpful to know the initial COVID-19 vaccine information.
