Development of network model and food safety management in Wat Srivisaravaja school

Abstract

The lesson learned study was to present the development and operation mechanism, including the results of network model and food safety management in Wat Srivisaravaja schooL. Data were collected by using face-to-face interviews. The study found that the development and operation mechanism of network model and food safety management in Wat Srivisaravaja school caused by linking the school network into as working group with roles and duties on ability of an individual, including the methods or strategies for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating that are consistent across all networks for implementing of the project to achieve objectives smoothly. In addition, the results of network model and food safety management in Wat Srivisaravaja school were driving on result ladder, working groups from various schools, having agreement and meet together, having household model of food safety management, linking agricultural networks, having field studies area and knowledge package of food safety management. In addition, implementation of the project showed that the student was a higher slender body, had food all 3 meals, and exercised increased.
