| Abstract: | This article aims to study Thai foreign policies towards Indochina countries during Chatichai Choonhavan (1988-1991), using Threat Perception and the Decision-Making Approach as a conceptual framework. The analysis shows that, Chatichai was changed the guidelines and Thai foreign policies towards Indochina countries from threat to opportunities. Thai foreign policies were changed according to the situation and the perspective of changed significantly. |
