| dc.description.abstract | This article aims to study Thai foreign policies towards Indochina countries during Chatichai Choonhavan (1988-1991), using Threat Perception and the Decision-Making Approach as a conceptual framework. The analysis shows that, Chatichai was changed the guidelines and Thai foreign policies towards Indochina countries from threat to opportunities.
