Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the management of community welfare fund of Tumbon Khlong Takot, 2) to study the guidelines for the management of community welfare fund of Tumbon Khlong Takot. It is descriptive research. The sample group was 263 community welfare fund committee members. Data were analyzed by using statistics to find frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and data collection with open-ended questions by content analysis. The results of the research on the management of community welfare fund of Tumbon Khlong Takot the overall is at a good level when considering each aspect, in descending order as follows, the potential to respond to the needs of members, fundraising, support from municipalities and agencies, information perception and public relations, fund management and administrative structure, personnel, performance, thinking and planning process, participation of members, monitoring and evaluation, accounting. Guidelines for the management of the Klong Ta Khot Community Welfare Fund are as follows, in descending order as follows, 1) the potential to respond to the needs of members should be defined the benefits and things that should be gained fair manner, 2) fundraising should be made public relations to the people in the area to have knowledge and understanding, 3) support from municipalities and agencies should be more coordinated with local authorities to be a part of the development of the fund, 4) information perception and public relations should be made voice announcements on a regular basis in the community so that members can receive update knowledge at all times, 5) fund management and administrative structure should create a system of work that clearly divides the roles and duties of the committee, 6) personnel should have patience, tolerance, and accept the opinions of the users with sacrifice, 7) performance should be reported performance continuously, 8) thinking and planning process should have regular meetings, planning, and consultation with the committee and members, 9) participation of members should allow members to participate in the management of the fund, 10) monitoring and evaluation should be examined and evaluated the fund's performance every 3 months, 11) accounting should create a clear, transparent financial and accounting system
