Creating Happy Workplace : case study of Chanthabueksa Hospital, Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhon Pathom Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research 1) to measure the level of Happy Workplace, a case study of Chantharubeksa Hospital, 2) to study the guidelines for creating Happy Workplace, a case study of Chantharubeksa Hospital. It is descriptive research. The sample group was 201 persons of Chanthabueksa Hospital. Data analysis using statistics for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the study of measure Happy Workplace, case study of Chanthabueksa Hospital found that the overall level was at a high level of in order as follows : happy brain, happy heart, happy relax, happy money, happy family, happy society, happy body, and happy soul. The guidelines for creating Happy Workplace case study of Chanthabueksa Hospital as follows : 1) happy brain should keep studying more from various learning sources, 2) happy heart should be sacrificed, helpful, and generous to others, 3) happy relax should be allocated in a balance of time work and rest time, 4) happy money should be used carefully and spent carefully, 5) happy family should pay attention to take care of family members by talking to each other and having conversation discuss, 6) happy society should be established a good relationships between colleagues supervisors and communities. 7) happy body should exercise regularly to be strong, 8) happy soul should be promoted religious activities.
