Abstract: | This article aims to Study the management process with POCCC principles of administrative department staff. Song Phi Nong District Office Song Phi Nong District Suphanburi As well as suggesting guidelines for the development of administrative processes of the administrative department staff Song Phi Nong District Office Song Phi Nong District Suphanburi. The research model was qualitative research. The interview questionnaire was used to collect data and analyze the data using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that Interview respondents from the total number of informants 5 people consisted of 5 female persons aged between 28 - 58 years old, 1 master's degree level, 4 bachelor degree persons. The management of the work within the group has a clearly divided order and have a relationship with all parties Suggestions and opinions on guidelines for the development of the management process. Work requires regular planning, organization, order, coordination and control. To make work for effectiveness and efficiency. |
