Abstract

This article aims to Study the management process with POCCC principles of administrative department staff. The research model was qualitative research. The interview questionnaire was used to collect data and analyze the data using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that Interview respondents from the total number of informants 5 people consisted of 5 female persons aged between 28 - 58 years old, 1 master's degree level, 4 bachelor degree persons. The management of the work within the group has a clearly divided order and have a relationship with all parties Suggestions and opinions on guidelines for the development of the management process.
