Abstract: Currently, there is a large number of acts of violence among school personnel. There are many forms of acts of violence. Either by means of coercion, abusive, pinch, or even indecent act. Most acts of violence are excessive punishment for example, students did not obey the teacher, students do not intend to study or students do not respect teachers. In some cases, the reason why teachers use violence may come from the teachers themselves. Teachers may not be able to control their emotions, have high stress or have a physical or mental disorder which acts of violence that teachers do against students considered a serious social impact problem. These behaviors must be controlled or an urgent correction as a guideline for building a good society for all children.
