Factors affecting effectiveness of personnel under local administrative organizations in Ratchaburi Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study: 1) the level of operation effectiveness of personnel and factors affecting operation effectiveness of personnel under local administrative organizations in Ratchaburi Province; 2) the factors affecting operation effectiveness of personnel under local administrative organizations in Ratchaburi Province. This research used the quantitative research methodology. The sample group in this research was 200 competent officer the position of an operator line under the local administration organization in Ratchaburi Province, stratified sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires, statistics used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis The results of the study showed that 1 ) overall the operation effectiveness was at a high level, and the factors affecting the operation effectiveness was also at a high level. The aspects consisted of perceived self-efficacy, organizational climate, transformational leadership, and quality of working life, respectively. 2) the factors affecting the operation effectiveness in the aspects of organizational climate (X4) and perceived self-efficacy (X2) together predicted the operation effectiveness at the percentage of 66.70. The equation was: tot= 0.862 + 0.579 (X4) + 0.194(X2)
