| Abstract: | This research aims to examine and compare transformational leadership of school
administrators According to the teacher's opinion In the school, Taling Chan district office Under Bangkok
classified by the size of their schools and their work experience level.The selected by stratified random
sampling method of 151 Representative Samples in the research.Through a specifically designed
questionnaire device with content validity of 0.80-1.00 and questionnaire with 0.99 reliability.Data is
collected to obtain Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, T-Test, One Way Anova, and compare pairs by
Sheffe method.The analyzed data shows that;The level of school principals’transformational leadership
as well as the level of each of its components is high.The comparison of opinions of school teachers in
Taling Chan District Office who work in schools of different sizes shows that school size has significant
effect on teachers’opinions on transformational leadership of school principals by overview and each
side Significantly different at the level of .05. And the teachers with different work experiences had
different opinions towards the transformational leadership of school administrators.The overall picture is
no different.When considering each aspect, it was found that there was an ideological influence
Differences were statistically significant at the .05 level while other aspects were not different. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครู เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์และผลิตภาพของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และผลิตภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตาม ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และระดับชั้นที่ จัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนในระบบ จำนวน 264 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.986 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเยี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำชิงสร้างสรรค์และผลิตภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์และผลิตภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาใน โรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์จำแนกตาม ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและระดับชั้นที่จัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน |
