The selected management theory in the development of forms consisting of Fayo' s (POLCC) management theory of Deming (PDCA) and PMBOK of PMI is integrated into a new management model, CE-CR (POEDCR), which consists of planning, organization, operations, execution, direction, control and review of coarse aggregate from recycled concrete. Use the theory of a circular economy which is Make> Use> Return. There are 5 forms of circular economy driving as follows: Circular design, selection Use Circular Supplies, Product as a Service, Sharing Platform and Resource Recovery are used to produce rough aggregates from recycled concrete. The results of the brainstorming show clearly that they agree with the concept of a circular economy. If it is worthwhile to reuse coarse aggregates from concrete, reduce costs and protect the environment.
