dc.description.abstract | An urban community health center is an organization that helps promote and support healthy of local people. It is aimed at reducing congestion and waiting time which occur in large hospitals. There are only a few staff on duty to provide general information service at the center so that a ratio between clients and staff was not suitable. Moreover, information service was usually limited only during business hours. The objective of this research is to introduce a chatbot system that can provide general information of the urban community health center at Nakhon Pathom University to its clients. The provided information includes time, location, telephone number, treatment service, doctor's schedule, doctor’s information, self-preparation before treatment and health care. It is aiming at increasing a channel of communication in a situation where there are very few officials. In addition, it also allows users receive information throughout the day which can increase customer satisfaction and create a positive image for the organization. | en_US |
