| Abstract: | This purposes of this research were to study the implementation and study the guidelines of the student support system of Tessaban 1 (Banthatapao) School under the Education Division of Chumphon Municipality, Local Administrative Organization. The key informants consisted of three individuals involved in the implementation of the student support system, who participated in semi-structured interviews. The sample consisted of 80 teachers at Tessaban 1 (Banthatapao) School in the academic 2025. Theresearch instruments included a 5-point rating scale questionnaire, with a reliability of .811 and a semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that the overall implementation of the student support system across all 5 aspects was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, the highest mean was found in individual student understanding, followed by student screening, prevention and problem-solving, and student development promotion, while referral had the lowest mean. The guidelines indicated that school administrators assigned teachers to collect and analyze comprehensive individual student data using factual information alongside screening processes to effectively plan promotion, development, prevention, and assistance. Additionally, collaboration among parents, communities, and external agencies was encouraged to ensure timely support and referral for students. |
