| dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this research were to study the implementation of internal quality assurance and to identify guidelines for its implementation of Anuban Wihan Daeng School under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The study focused on six aspects: setting educational standards for the institution, formulating educational development plans aimed at quality based on educational standards, implementing educational development plans, evaluating and auditing internal educational quality, monitoring operations for institutional quality improvement and reparing self-assessment reports. The population for this research consisted of 38 teachers at Anuban WihanDaeng School under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 during the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, with a reliability of 0.988 and a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The study revealed that the internal quality assurance operations of Anuban Wihan Daeng School, under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, were overall at the highest level across all six aspects. Individually, internal evaluation and quality auditing achieved the highest mean, followed by setting educational standards, while implementing educational development plans recorded the lowest mean. Guidelines for Internal Quality Assurance: School administrators should establish effective educational standards through inclusive participation and continuous monitoring. This involves driving development plans via PDCA cycles and PLC processes, while leveraging IT for evaluation and SAR reporting to provide an empirical database for quality improvement and public trust. | en_US |
