| Abstract: | The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop online lessons with game-based learning in the Computing Science course for Grade 5 students at Sahabamrung Wittaya School; 2) to determine the efficiency of the developed online lessons based on the 80/80 criteria; 3) to compare students' academic achievement before and after using the online lessons; and 4) to study students' satisfaction with the online lessons combined with game-based learning. The research sample consisted of 16 Grade 5 students from Sahabamrung Wittaya School, selected through cluster random sampling. The research instruments included: 1) online lessons, 2) quality evaluation forms for content and technical aspects, 3) academic achievement tests, and 4) a student satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent samples t-test. The research findings revealed that: 1) the developed online lessons were overall highly appropriate in both content and technical aspects (𝑥̅ = 4.64, S.D. = 0.52); 2) the efficiency of the online lessons was 86.80/83.13, which was higher than the specified 80/80 standard criteria; 3) the students' academic achievement after the lessons was significantly higher than before the lessons at a .05 level of significance; and 4) the students' overall satisfaction with the online lessons integrated with game-based learning was at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.67, S.D. = 0.61). |
