Abstract: The objectives of this research are: (1) to study the levels of work factors and self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office in to a digital organization (2) to examine the relationship between work factors and self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office in to a digital organization and (3) to identify the factors affecting the self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office in to a digital organization. Data were collected from personnel at the Prime Minister's Office, with the sample size determined using Taro Yamane's formula. Simple random sampling was employed to select a sample size of 267 individuals. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentages, means, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients. The research findings are as follows: 1) The overall levels of work factors and self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office in to a digital organization are high. 2) Work factors have a positive correlation with the self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office in to a digital organization, with a statistically significant correlation at the 0.01 level. The overall correlation coefficient is 0.693, indicating a moderate relationship. 3) Factors affecting the self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office in to a digital organization, including job characteristics, career advancement, organizational culture, and work environment, are at a high level.
