dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is 1. to study the problems, obstacles, and relationships in the supply chain of organic vegetables in Nakhon Pathom Province. 2. to study the activity-based cost analysis of the organic vegetable supply chain in Nakhon Pathom Province; and 3. to be a guideline for the development of organic vegetable supply chain management in Nakhon Pathom Province. It is both quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research. The research tools were questionnaires for 8 farmers in Nakhon Pathom province, 2 middlemen, and 20 consumers. SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) was used to analyze descriptive statistical data, and Microsoft Excel was used to analyze descriptive statistical data. Qualitative research. The research tools were interview forms for 8 farmers in Nakhon Pathom Province, 2 middlemen, and 20 consumers. The results showed that the supply chain management of organic vegetables Problems in upstream activities are insects and weather. The problems encountered in midstream activities are transportation costs and high vegetable prices. And the problems that arise in downstream activities are the freshness of organic vegetables and the price. From the study and analysis of the activity base cost of the organic vegetable supply chain in Nakhon Pathom Province, it was found that the upstream activity cost, representing 89.59 percent of the cost of midstream activities, accounted for 10.33 percent of the cost of downstream activities, representing 0.08 percent, and guidelines for developing supply chain management of organic vegetables in Nakhon Pathom Province It was found that the SCOR model analysis of the organic vegetable supply chain can be used as follows: 1. On the part of the producers: planning, procurement, production, and delivery activities 2. On the part of the middleman, including planning, procurement, and delivery activities.en_US
