dc.description.abstractThis Research subject The model for enhancing the promotion of vocational education management for employment "1 sub-district non-formal students 1 vocational curriculum" Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, KhonKaen Province The objectives are 1) to study the basic information about the components current and desirable conditions of vocational education management promotion for employment 1 Non-Formal Education Tambon 1 Vocational Curriculum2) to Develop a model to promote the vocational education management for employment 1 Non-Formal Education Tambon 1 Vocational Program", 3) to pilot a model to promote vocational education management for employment "1 Non-Formal Education. Tambon 1 Career Program” , and 4) to evaluate/rectify promotional model for vocational education management for employment 1 Non-Formal Education Tambon 1 Vocational Curriculum. The participation of the study are teachers, and educational personnel. In addition, a private contractor to operate, and professional Lecturers are inclouded. The total participation are 297 people. This study employed mixed-method using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results found that there were 6 types of components of problems and desirable conditions of vocational education management promotion for employment "1 Tambon Non-Formal Education 1 Vocational Program" Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, KhonKaen.The first components is aspect of applying educational management for career development Secondly, the aspect of creating and developing vocational education curriculum. Thirdly, the aspect of participating in networking of education management for career development. Fourthly, the aspect of. supervision, monitoring, education management for career development. Fifthly, the aspect of upgrading products to NFE brand. And, the last one is the aspect of technology developing of using technology to promote marketing. The model for enhancing the promotion of vocational education management for employment "1 subdistrict non-formal education 1 vocational curriculum" found that the integration of the participatory action plan used the integration of academic knowledge from the education center, including Informal and informal education in KhonKaen were contributing to networking partners, both public and privatesectors based on their problematic situations and their roles and responsibilities. The model for enhancing the promotion of vocational education management for employment "1 sub-district nonformal students 1 vocational curriculum" Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, KhonKaen resulted the satisfaction level of the implementation of the vocational education management promotion model for employment "1 sub-district 1 vocational education curriculum"Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, KhonKaenat the highest satisfaction level (𝑥̅ = 4.60, S.D. = 0.17)Considering by each aspect, it was found that the issue that student had the highest level of satisfaction were career education courses for employment that were modern and focused on using digital technology to create careers, administrators, teachers or related persons had supervision activities,followed by learners in career education management for employment. Next, the establishment of contest activities competing on products to use the NFE brand with the same average value.(𝑥̅ = 4.73, S.D. = 0.44).Then, the promotion of the community enterprise groups of professional that develop products and use NFE brand,followed with teachers and trainers facilitation in training according to the vocational education curriculum for employment.Finally, the advantage of creating or developing a career after completing a vocational education program for employment at the same mean (𝑥̅ = 4.72, S.D. = 0.44).For the lowest level of satisfaction, the community vocational training centers at the district and sub-district levels had lower satisfactory level on the environment for vocational education management, and the students were not trained on brand design properly. And, product standards in career education courses for employment at the same mean (𝑥̅ = 4.37, S.D. = 0.48). According to the first three sample group frequencies, this study suggeststhat to improve and develop a model in order to raise the level of vocational education management for employment "1 Non-Formative Education, Tambon 1 Vocational Program", Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, KhonKaenare that the Provincial Non-Formal Education Office should promote and support additional budgets for developing the potential of teachers and lecturers, as well as those involved in the management of vocational education on an ongoing basis. There should be networking partners that lend money to develop and advance careers with low interest rates, and finally,the Provincial Non-Formal Education Office should establish a proper exhibition centers and present the products of vocational education for employment on the enthusiasticallyen_US
