dc.description.abstract | This research aims to 1) To evaluate the achievements of the Nam Jai Chak Phi Su Nong project, USR doing good for society through activities to enhance learning skills in the 21st century for master's degree students in regular sessions National Institute of Development Administration in the environment, import factor, process, productivity and results; 2) To know the factors that affect the success of the USR's Good Deeds for Society project and how much it achieves its objectives. The researcher used the CIPP Model as an evaluation framework. The satisfaction criteria of the training participants were used as indicators for assessing the project. The population used in the study was master's degree students, academic year 2022, regular semester, National Institute of Development Administration 40 people who participated in the Nam Jai Chak Phi Su Nong project, USR doing good for society through activities to enhance learning skills in the 21st century for master's degree students in regular sessions National Institute of Development Administration, using quantitative research methods. The tools used were the project participation questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were descriptive statistics, percentage, mean ( x ), standard deviation (S.D.) and inferential statistics for multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Assessment of the Nam Jai Chak Phi Su Nong project, USR doing good for society as a whole was in the highest level. When considering each side, it was found that the side with the highest mean was Project achievement on productivity ( = 4.60, S.D. = 0.365) and the aspect with the lowest mean was Process ( = 4.52, S.D. = 0.332) 2) The result of the multiple linear regression analysis found that the factors in the creative skill activity management environment problem-solving thinking and communication influence the achievement of the USR compassion project representing 84.6 percent (R = .846), which has a Beta value of .764, which is related to the achievements of the USR compassion project, doing good for society. statistically significant at the .05 level. | en_US |
