Abstract: This article (abstract, research) represents the way to create infographic content for Jone’s Salad Twitter account on the topic of health and hygiene. Jone’s Salad, a Thai salad restaurant which is also a media agency, creates content about self-care and public health. We have been researching this Twitter account since 2021 to analyze the elements and content in their media. e.g., infographic and article. This research is qualitative research using sexual analysis. According to the results, Jone’s Salad’s infographic represents six kinds of public health: informing knowledge about health and hygiene; changing behaviours; informing news; educating knowledge; and promoting their services and products. The researcher hopes that the research can be used as a tool to measure the quality of infographic content and develop better content to communicate with media agencies and all the cooperation for better content in the future.
