Abstract: This article aims to 1) present the development of a mechanism for the development of self-esteem the elderly with SUKHON MODEL of the Elderly Club of Bang Luang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. 2) presen the results of self-esteem development the elderly with SUKHON MODEL of the Elderly Club of Bang Luang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. In conclusion of the success throughout the project on " Self-Esteem of the Elderly with SUKHON MODEL", the findings are 1) the development and operation mechanism of the Elderly Club of Bang Luang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Luang Subdistrict, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province, on this project was driven by a working group of 32 people. All working group members were the voluntary elderly who joined with the intention to participate in the activity, with a lack of skills and knowledge in the roles and duties of the working group. 2) The good result of this activity is that more elderly regularly visit to the school for the elderly in Bang Luang Subdistrict Municipality. The area has become a space for various activities; people can meet up and discuss, join group activities, or to relax themselves among friends of their age. The provided room is of a suitable size with air-conditioning and can be applied as a classroom, with learning equipment, tables and chairs, and a stage for performance or any small group meetings. So this place is like a new area for the elderly to go out and join with other people in the society to learn and exchange among other members in the group.
