Abstract: The purposes of this institutional research report were to study 1) Personal factors of flight attendants 2) Factors affecting the quality of life of flight attendants, and 3) To compare factors affecting the quality of life of flight attendants. Classified by personal factors of flight attendants 375 people. The tools used in this research were the statistical data analysis questionnaire, frequency, Mean, standard deviation (SD) , T-Test, F-Test and LSD. By setting the level of statistical significance at .05 The results of the research found that 1) Most of the personal factors of flight attendants were female, aged 21-30 years, having a bachelor's degree. Have an average monthly income of 10,001 - 20,000 baht and have less than 1 year of work experience. 2.) Factors affecting the quality of life of flight attendants In terms of compensation that are fair and sufficient, The condition of the workplace is safe, not harmful to health. The Relationships, The Progress, and Freedom at work were overall at high average. 3.) Flight attendants who have different personal factors affect the quality of life. Of flight attendants, fair and adequate compensation for working conditions Safe and harmless to health, social relations, progress and freedom at work. The difference was statistically significant at .05.
