Abstract: The study aimed to 1) survey all supervisors’ satisfaction for the fourth year English major student trainees, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Songkhla Rajabhat University, 2) compare each aspect of satisfaction for the English major student trainees in terms among the categorized establishments, and 3) study the categorized establishments’ comments and suggestions towards job training of student trainees performances. The population were categorized into 5 types: the government sector, government-owned corporation, private organizations, self-employed business, and others e.g. an international school. The questionnaire was the instrument of this research. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The study found that the supervisors’ satisfaction was rated at a high level (4.46) in all aspects: working virtue, morality, and attitudes at the highest level (4.65), personality and interpersonal skills (4.47), and knowledge and working skills (4.26). When comparing the supervisors’ satisfaction towards the job training among the categorized establishments in all respects, the results disclosed that the government sector showed the highest satisfaction and all categorized establishments’ satisfaction towards the job training was closely related in the same direction. Working virtue, morality, and attitudes was rated at the highest satisfaction. While personality and interpersonal skills and knowledge and working skills came later respectively. The establishments’ comments and suggestions were that honesty was the most prominent quality of the student trainees. Private organizations pointed that English grammar competence should be focused to achieve the goal of the work efficiency.
