dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were; 1) to study the level of safety satisfaction of employees in the fruit juice industry, Samut Songkhram Province. 2) to compare the work safety of employees in the fruit juice industry, Samut Songkhram Province; classified by personal factor. This study was quantitative research. The study population was 95 employees in the fruit juice industry, Samut Songkhram Province. The sample size of 77 people using the stratified sampling method. The research tools used to collect data were questionnaires that were evaluated for content validity and questionnaire validity. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way anova, and Least – Significant Different. The results of the research revealed that the overall level of satisfaction with the safety of employees in the fruit juice industry, Samut Songkhram was at a high level (􀂚􀴤 =4.41). When considering each aspect, it was found that the work behavior was at the highest level (􀂚􀴤 =4.52), and safety aspect was at a high level (􀂚􀴤=4.31). The comparison of the occupational safety of employees in a fruit juice industry, Samut Songkhram Province classified by personal factors including gender, status and different departments. The satisfaction with the safety at work significantly differed according to the assumption. The personal factors of employees, such as age, education level, employment length, number of hours worked per day were not significantly different from the assumption. The employees’ personal factors as age, educational level, work year experience, and work hours per day were not different significantly and not based on the hypothesis.en_US
