dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of conflict causes and conflict management approaches in the organization of Samui Airport employees; 2) to compare the approaches to conflict management in the organization of Samui Airport employees; 3) to A study of the causes of conflicts that affect the approach of conflict management in the organization of Samui Airport employees This research study is a quantitative research. The population sample used in the research 91 employees at Samui Airport using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And use inferential statistics to test the hypothesis. By testing with statistical values One-way ANOVA When differences were found, the analysis was followed by pairwise comparison using LSD method and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that the causes of conflicts and conflict management practices in the organization of Samui Airport employees found that the overview of the causes of conflict in the organization of employees at Samui Airport is of moderate importance. The most important cause of conflict was interaction component, followed by organizational component. And personnel components, respectively. For an overview of the approach to managing conflicts in the organization of Samui Airport employees it is of moderate importance. The most important conflict management approach is how to cooperate followed by compromise method how to avoid how to allow and finally how to overcome the importance of conflict management is therefore important to the organization. Because conflicts in organizations are successful and constructive. Depends on supervisors or executives, so should explore various conflicts. That happened to be any kind of conflict what is the cause what is the behavior of the conflict? And causing good and bad effects on the organization Conflict surveys are an important tool for effective conflict resolution.en_US
