Abstract: The purpose of this research was to develop a participatory health for the pamelo’s agriculturists. The population comprised of pamelo’s agriculturists , public health officers , village health volunteers and local administrative organizations’ officers. Purposive sampling was used by the specified features. The research process : Step 1 was to study : health care behavior, health care needs of pamelo’s agriculturists. Step 2 Developing stage by organize a workshop to achieve a participatory health care approach. Research instruments are qualitative question. Collected data by bringing a letter permission to conduct research to the community leaders for clarify their objectives and request permission to conduct research. The data analyzed by content analysis. The results founded that 1. Managing health problems : pamelo’s agriculturists have the way to manage health problems from work. 2. Health needs and use of local wisdom in health care among pamelo’s agriculturists. Each one has the potential to take care themselves and their family. 3. Develop guidelines for health care. Pamelo’s agriculturists should be involved in creating guidelines for the development of health care. Synthesize and draft guidelines for health care that consistent with the lifestyle and way of life of pamelo’s agriculturists. They brainstormed to present data, create an action plan, present planning and developing guidelines for health care in accordance with the way of life by setting activities and responsible person. Recommendations : The research results were used to plan the work of local administrative organizations on policy development to promote the occupation of pamelo’s agriculturists in the area. As well as to plan the work and disease prevention of health promotion hospital.
