Abstract: Tourism is one’s views of world. It helps humans to have a broader perspective to recognize and understand real situations. Tourism is important both economically social and political aspects, cultural aspects, nature and environment. It generates income in the form of foreign currency, helps build careers and employment, develops public utilities and facilities, helps conserve cultures and the environment, helps restore cultural inheritance of local communities, helps build awareness of environmental value. Currently, the Thai tourism sector has decreased incomes due to the COVID epidemic. And when the situation improves, a vigorous promotion of tourism with the goal of enhancing and empowering the tourism and service businesses leapfrog is essential. Innovation in the tourism and service industry that can be used to develop new attractions or develop and improve the original tourist attractions become an important choice for growth. It can be categorized into three categories: product and service innovation, process and organizational Innovation, and communication and marketing Innovation. The government has continued to give importance and support through tourism strategies and programs at all levels.
