Abstract: The zinc bismuth barium boro-tellurite glasses system doped with Eu2O3. Which varies europium oxide concentration are 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.50, 1.00, and 1.50 mol% of the composition 30TeO2 – (38-x) B2O3 -10ZnO -2Bi2O3- 20BaO - xEu2O3 have been synthesized by conventional melt quenching technique. The physical and optical properties were investigated. The results shown that the density and molar volume have no trend as Eu2O3 doped in glasses system was found the density of the result glass system increased while the molar quantity increased with the quantity of Eu2O3 and when measuring the absorption spectrum in the wavelength range 200 to 2500 nm of glass system found the absorption peak intensity was higher with the concentration of europium oxide.
