Analysis of Epidemiology Test for Bachelor of Public Health Program in Community Public Health and Dental Public Health

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find the quality of the epidemiology test and compare exam scores in the Bachelor of Public Health Program between 42 students of Community Public Health Program and 49 Dental Public Health Program. The populations were 91 in the academic year 2562. Data were collected by using 80 items of Mid-term test and 60 items of final test. The Data were analyzed by using difficulty/easiness index, point-biserial correlation, internal consistency reliability, internal consistency reliability, mean, standard deviation and independent t-test. The results showed that Exam quality analysis on the difficulty / easy index of the test classification power Midterm exam and Final exam of the Community Health and Dental Public Health programs in the same direction. Internal consistency reliability and Kuder-Richardson Reliability (KR-20) corresponds only to final exams. Test scores in both theory and practice of students in the Community Health Program Have a higher average than students in the dental public health program. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เเพื่อหาคุณภาพของข้อสอบ และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนสอบรายวิชาวิทยาการ ระบาด ระหว่างนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชน และสาขาทันตสาธารณสุข กลุ่มประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาของหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสาธารณสุข และสาขาทันตสาธารณสุข จำนวน 91 คน ปีการศึกษา 2562 ได้ทำโดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ข้อสอบกลางภาค 80 ข้อ ข้อสอบ ปลายภาค 60 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าดัชนีความยาก/ง่ายของข้อสอบ ค่าอำนาจจำแนก (point-biserial correlation) ความเที่ยงตรงของคะแนนสอบ ความคงที่ภายใน (KR-20) ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การ ทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การวิเคราะห์คุณภาพข้อสอบในด้านค่าดัชนีความยาก/ง่ายของข้อสอบ ค่าอำนาจ จำแนก ข้อสอบกลางภาคและข้อสอบปลายภาค ของสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชนและสาขาทันตสาธารณสุข สอดคล้องไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน แต่ความเที่ยงตรงของคะแนนสอบ (internal consistency reliability) และค่า ความคงที่ภายใน Kuder-Richardson Reliability Kuder-Richardson (KR-20) สอดคล้องกันเฉพาะข้อสอบ ปลายภาค คะแนนสอบทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า นักศึกษาสาขาทันตสาธารณสุข คะแนนสอบเฉลี่ยภาคปฏิบัติของสาขาวิชา สาธารณสุขชุมชน แตกต่างกับคะแนน สอบเฉลี่ยนักศึกษาสาขาทันตสาธารณสุข อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
