Teachers Participation in School Administration in Bang Kapi District under the Office of the secondary Educational Service Area office 2 , Bangkok

Abstract

This research has 2 objective: (1) to gather and analyze opinions on the participation of school teacher in Bangkapi District. Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas, Area 2, Bangkok administration; (2) to compare opinions on the participation of school teacher in school administration based on gender and work experience.This research is focusing on school in Bang kapi District,which fall under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 2,Bangkok. a sample size of 185 was calculated using the Cohen method.The Survey Questionnaire was used as the research tool for this study , with a confidence value of 0.96 The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test and one-way analysis of variance The result of analysis (1) The majority of participants believe that the participation level of teachers in both overall and specific aspects of school administration is high; 2. The teachers with different gender had different opinions on the participation of the teachers in the overall administration and in each aspect. (3) The teachers with different teaching experiences had different opinions on the participation of teachers. There was no significant difference in the overall management of the teachers in overall administration and each aspect.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของครูผู้สอนในการบริหารงานใน โรงเรียนเขตบางกะปิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความ คิดเห็นที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของครูผู้สอนในการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเขตบางกะปิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือครูใน โรงเรียนเขตบางกะปิ จำนวน 185 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบด้วยค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1)ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ มาก(2)ครูที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันส่วนครูที่มี ประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
