Check-in and Check-out Recording System Using Smart Cards Case Study: Sai Thammachan School

Abstract

This research proposes the technology for recording and storing student data using smart cards. Together with applying the automatic system to track and monitor the school attendance behavior of students. Thus, the purposes of this research were to develop a check-in and check-out recording system using smart cards, a case study of Sai Thammachan School, and to assess user satisfaction towards using the system. The research results show that the development of the check-in and check-out recording system using smart cards, a case study of Sai Thammachan School divided into 2 parts: an administrator and a teacher. Users can track and monitor students' check-in and check-out from the automated system conveniently and quickly.. Moreover, overall quality of the satisfaction of the users toward using the system was at a high level with an average of 4.00

งานวิจัยนี้เสนอการนำเทคโนโลยีการบันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้วยสมาร์ทการ์ด และการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบ การตรวจสอบและติดตามพฤติกรรมการมาโรงเรียนของนักเรียนอย่างอัตโนมัติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบันทึก การเข้า-ออก ด้วยสมาร์ทการ์ด กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนสายธรรมจันทร์ และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบในการใช้ งาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบบันทึกการเข้า-ออกโรงเรียนด้วยสมาร์ทการ์ด กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนสายธรรมจันทร์ ที่มีระดับการ ใช้งานแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบ และส่วนของครู หรือผู้ใช้สามารถตรวจสอบและติดตามพฤติกรรมการ เข้า-ออกโรงเรียนของนักเรียนจากระบบอัตโนมัติได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบงานโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก ด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยมีค่าเท่ากับ 4.00
