Abstract: This research aimed to investigate the Current State and Guidelines for Developing a Happy Workplace at Suansriwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon. The framework consists of eight dimensions: Happy Body, Happy Heart, Happy Relax, Happy Soul, Happy Money, Happy Brain, Happy Family, and Happy Society. The research population were 135 teachers from Suansriwittaya School in the academic year 2024. The research instruments were a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .991 validity value is equal to 1.00 and a semi-structured interview. Statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings showed that the overall level of happiness in a workplace across all eight dimensions was at a high level. When considering each dimension individually, the highest mean score was found in Happy Brain, followed by Happy Soul, Happy Society, Happy Heart, Happy Family, Happy Relax, and Happy Money, respectively, whereas the Happy Relax dimension showed the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for developing a happy workplace, the study found that school administrators actively promoted a learning-oriented mindset among personnel, encouraging continuous knowledge seeking and professional development. They also fostered spiritual well-being by supporting religious practices and organizing activities on important religious occasions. Additionally, the administrators emphasized recognizing individual values and roles, which helps create a warm and harmonious working environment and promotes peaceful coexistence. Furthermore, efforts were made to strengthen the relationship between work and family through supportive policies and family engagement activities. The school also ensured a safe and health-promoting work environment while providing educational activities on appropriate debt management and financial planning for the personnel. These approaches collectively contributed to the development of a flexible and supportive workplace atmosphere.
