| Abstract: | The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the transformational leadership of the administrators of Ban Pak Nam School (Phedim Chinnawas Songkhro) under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) to examine the guidelines for developing their transformational leadership. The conceptual framework comprised four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The population consisted of 35 teachers during the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.71 and a semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that the overall transformational leadership of the school administrators was at the highest level. When each dimension was considered individually, individualized consideration had the highest mean score, followed by idealized influence and intellectual stimulation, while inspirational motivation had the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for developing transformational leadership, the findings indicated that school administrators should serve as exemplary role models for teachers and staff in terms of professional practice, ethics, and responsibility. They should inspire and motivate personnel by communicating clear goals, recognizing outstanding performance, and supporting professional development. Furthermore, administrators should encourage teachers and staff to express their opinions and propose innovative ideas by providing opportunities to participate in decision-making and school development. In addition, work assignments should be delegated according to each individual's knowledge, abilities, and aptitudes to maximize their potential and achieve the greatest benefit for the school. |
